Can't install ArcGIS for AutoCAD

Question

Hi new to the community.  I al attempting to install ArcGIS for AutoCAD to use with Civil 3D 2025 on my windows 10 machine at work.  I run the setup program, accept the master agreement and  click install.  After about 20 seconds I get a pop-up which says "You must accept EULA to install ArchGIS for AutoCAD."  I've restarted my machine and removed the install programs from my machine and redownloaded the files and I still get the same message.

Please provide screen captures of the error. Better yet would be a video of the install process.

I downloaded it from your link above and also directly from the autodesk app store and get the same error message.
