AGOL print templates have disappeared

Hi,

I use a 'print template' to produce maps to share with colleagues and partners but the templates (A4 landscape, A4 portrait etc) have disappeared meaning I can no longer access 'advanced options' such as add scale bar, north arrow.

When did this occur? Is this the same for other users? What is your user type/role?

Hi Shane, it has miraculously reappeared today! No idea what happened! Good news though!
