See the last 5 messages from the webhook in AGO

To check whether the messages are being sent properly from arcgis online, it would be nice to be able to see the last 5 messages. Now it's kind of a black box.

@JanPieterBoerden This idea would eliminate confusion and assist in troubleshooting as noted in this post Solved: Re: ArcGIS Online Webhook "notificationStatus" rel... - Esri Community.

Update: I still think this is a good idea, however in the interim, I did comment here (Re: Webhook Tester using Survey123 - Esri Community) on using a webhook testing site to learn more about the black box.
