I understand how to create circle polygons and how to resize them, but I want to create circle features that are all the same size. I've tried to change the numbers within the attribute table to match, but haven't had luck. I've also tried to change the number within the modify features panel, again without luck. Should I be doing this in an entirely different way?

why not create points where you want the circles, then buffer then to the radius, area you want
