Unable to Create a New Survey in Survey123 Connect from an Existing Feature Service

Hello -

I have a feature service that lives in ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal) that I transferred to AGOL using the feature service URL and stored Portal admin credentials. I’m attempting to create a new survey using the AGOL feature service in Survey123 Connect, but the process keeps stalling, and the survey never gets created. I’ve had success with this scenario before, but I’m not sure why this feature service is different from the one that worked previously. Has anyone encountered this issue before or have any troubleshooting tips I could try?

Hello @BGEGIS,

One thing to verify, assuming the feature service is coming from a registered Enterprise Geodatabase, is the feature class doesn't have traditional versioning enabled. Survey123 doesn't support traditional versioning.

To troubleshoot, you can enable diagnostic logging, then reproduce the behavior, and pass the log file along to Esri Technical Support for review.
