When I export to a csv some fields export the domain labels while others export the domain codes. I can't seem to find any pattern as to why certain fields export a certain way. Also in my exported file every time there is a " it is doubled to "".
I republished the layer and this fixed the problem!
If you create a table for the same data, does it show the same way? If so, that's probably part of the answer. It would be useful perhaps to be able to add custom columns to tables, using an Arcade Expression to get the right value for the domain in a column to fill in. (But it might be possible to do this in Feature Classes with their setup I haven't had the opportunity to try that yet)
