How to Define Connection Settings when there is a Outside Verification System

Here we go....

I have deployed a solution and it includes a service support python toolbox. When I go to 'Define Connection Settings' , It asks me for the Parameters such as the portal URL, my username and password.
here is where the issue lies. I sign into my ArcGIS Enterprise account using an outside verification system log in. There is a username and password there but it is not exactly a ArcGIS online username and password. 
I am unable to sign in to use this tool. Help!

Here is the login screen when I go to log in on my Enterprise Account Online. I cannot enter anything in the top part, only can access by clicking our Outside Verification "OKTA" . So is there some kind of work around this to log into the tool?
