バーチャルアクセスに登録していますが、総会（最初に参加しようとしたセッション）に入ることができません。スケジュールからセッションに参加すると黒いボックスのページに移動します。ホームページの「JOIN THE PLENARY SESSION」ボタンから参加すると、「Video will be available shortly」というボックスのページに移動します。ブラウザを再起動し、コンピューターも再起動しましたが、何も改善しません。同僚からイヤホンを借りて視聴していますが、その同僚は問題なくセッションを見られています。私もセッションを視聴できるようになりたいです。同じ問題に遭遇した方はいらっしゃいますか？また、解決のために試せることがあれば教えてください。<\/P>

Hi @Crinoid, thanks for letting us know this isn't working for you and we apologize for the inconvenience. Are you by chance using Microsoft Edge for your browser? I ask because it isn't compatible and could potentially be an issue. If so, please try Chrome which is most compatible. Firefox and Safari should work as well. If that does not solve the issue, please reach out to uc-support@esri.com and a team member will be able to assist you.
