Stack Profile. Not returning decimal in Z

Hi,

Trying to use the stackprofile tool in 3D analyst in Pro. Running it against mosaic datasets. It returns in the resulting stack table the Z values however can't get it to return decimal values I.e gives 145 not 145.34. Have checked the rasters they seem fine. Any ideas appreciated.
