Dashboard in Portal without login for non GIS users

Dear all, 

I am working on a public Survey123 in Portal. This survey is for 70 colleagues and provides information about who does what in which area. I want to create a dashboard that is only visible internally in our Portal, so not public. Is it possible to do that without having to request GIS Portal accounts for these 70 people?

I would like to embed this dashboard on our Intranet so non GIS users can see the results. 
Maybe I am asking the impossible 🙂

It depends on your organization. If your organization has an intranet that can only be accessed internally then it should be fine to make "public" knowing that it will only be accessed on premise or with a VPN.

If your org does not have an intranet then the accounts may be need to share at an organizational level. Hope this helps!
