We propose to make a tool for IHO S100 series products exchange data sets, as the IHO S100 series products can be distributed only with the exchange sets (with the catalog file).

We have an update on S-100 Exchange Sets.
In the ArcGIS Pro 3.6 release, currently scheduled for end of October or early November, we will have support for S-100 Exchange Sets in a couple of ways:
1. All S-101 and S-124 (and future S-100 exporters) will automatically generate an Exchange Set (S-102 generation will be available in Pro 3.6 but we are not generating S-102 exchange sets in this release).
2. There will be a new user interface for generating signed and encrypted exchange sets that will allow you to bundle several exchange sets of various S-100 products into a single exchange set (signed and encrypted, if desired).
