Highlight a feature in the same z-order in which the feature layer is

I have multiple feature layers in different z order. I am trying to highlight a feature in Feature layer using HighlightOptions. Suppose if I highlight the feature with some fill color that will come above all of the other features and layers.  Is there any way to highlight that feature in the same z order as of that feature layer?
