I'm new to ArcGIS and have developed maps using ArcGIS that are integrated with the Power BI desktop version. Everything works as expected, including the integration with Google Maps, allowing me to see directions in the tooltip. However, when using the same report on the Power BI mobile app, I encounter issues accessing the Google directions links within the app. Specifically, the directions link fails to display on the mobile app when I tap on a data point.
Please refer to the yellow-highlighted area in the screenshot below. I can view the directions in the desktop version, but not in the mobile app version. The map I've used is an ArcGIS custom map. Our customers, however, prefer to access the link directly from the mobile app tooltip. I'm unsure if this is a limitation of the ArcGIS map or the mobile app. Has anyone else experienced similar issues when using it on mobile?
