Referenced Data not loading in Workforce project

We have been unable to load our data into workforce since we federated our ArcServer to the Portal. We are unable to view the data in ArcGIS Online Workforce and also Portal Workforce (10.9). The same data will load in FieldMaps and WebAppbuilder/Classic Map webmap in both AGOL and Portal.

Has anyone had this issue with Workforce?
