3D Analyst license issue

Hello,

We are evaluating ArcMap and 3D Analyst. 
When I try to run 3D Analyst->3D Features->Add Z Information I receive:

Tool Not Licensed
---------------------------
Unable to execute the selected tool.

You do not have the necessary license to execute the selected tool.
Tool AddZInformation is not licensed. [3D Analyst]
---------------------------
OK  
---------------------------

But when I go to ArcGIS Administrator, I see that 3D Analyst is Installed:yes, Authorized: Yes

Any way to enable it?

In ArcMap, can you go to Tools > Extensions and make verify the 3D Analyst extension is enabled?
