ArcGIS OnlineとArcGIS Enterpriseの類似点は、Webマップ、Webアプリ、シーン、解析ツール、レイヤー、ユーザーインターフェースおよびユーザーエクスペリエンスだけですか？どちらもEsriのソフトウェア製品ではありませんか？ArcGIS OnlineのユーザーはArcGIS Enterpriseの実務経験を必要とする仕事に応募すべきでしょうか？

To your last question: it really depends on the role you're applying for. If it's just a technician / analyst sort of role, mention of AGOL or Enterprise probably just means being able to use the web interface for editing, creating and sharing maps, etc. I would expect the two to be interchangeable for the most part.
For other positions, especially more administrator-level things, you're going to see more divergence. Managing users, groups, logins, etc. in AGOL is pretty similar to Enterprise, but a lot of maintenance, storage, system health, etc., you won't even get to see in AGOL.
