ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3 not listing hosted feature service

We updated two Arcgis Monitor environments to 2023.3, but the hosted features are not being listed.
Any suggestions for having the hosteds?

Hi @EdnaKanazawa,

Collecting metrics on hosted feature services is only available for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 and higher. Can you please confirm that your registered GIS Server components are at 11.1 or higher?

Hi @RengifoOrtega,

I'm not sure what you're asking. Based on the screenshot you posted it looks like the hosting server registered with ArcGIS Monitor, it detects a hosted feature service and it is working fine. Metrics are being collected, but there is no activity on the service, which is why the request rate is zero.

Can you please confirm there is activity on the hosted feature service?

Hi, Sorry for the lacking information. I forgot to mention that the hosted services is a Geoevent services.
