Modifying the selection chip

I would like The Selection Chip in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.0 to show the Field "KATEGORI"- instead of the (now hidden) "SHAPE" field which only shows a longnumber. Is it possible to adjust this somehow?

The value shown in the chip is controlled by the layer properties display category as in this screen shot.

To clarify (as the text ended up wird with the image) :
