Error: Failed to Submit - Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'ItemType'

Has anyone seen this error before and/or know what the solution is?

Hello @dwold,

If you navigate to the CLSS_DATATABLES_TEST_ITEM2 feature service in your ArcGIS content and select the Data tab -> Fields, is there a field called ItemType in the list of fields? If so and you select it is "Allows Null Values" set to Yes ?

If not, the question in your survey that references the ItemType field needs to be required and/or have a default value.
