Merge feature class records based on a specific field

Hello everyone,

Looking for a way to merge point records that have an attribute with the same value.

The attribute is tan address. So we want to see only one point per address.

Any python source code sample?

Maybe i'm not understanding, wouldn't this just be a dissolve using the address as key?
