Split a multipart Polygon and then remove the resulting small "islands"

Question

I would like to know if it is possible with ArcGIS PRO Basic license, split this feature within several features (each "island" should be a new feature) and then remove the islands smaller than X area.

Yes, you can run the Multipart to Singlepart (Data Management) GP tool to make the one multipart polygon individual polygons and then select/delete those 3 polygons.  The GP tool will work for a Basic license.
