2DラインのNullデータ値からのラインパラメータエラー

現在のArcGIS Proのバージョン（ArcGIS Pro 3.3.3 ArcHydro 3.1.9）では、「Line Parameters from 2D Line」ツールを実行しても正しく動作しません。ツールを実行した後、フィールドはNullデータ値として入力されます。過去のいくつかのリリースでも同様のエラーが発生しているのを見たことがあります。ご助力いただけると大変ありがたいです。ありがとうございます。

This should be fixed in the latest build:

There was an issue when HydroID did not exist. In this case, the tool uses the ObjectID field to populate the LineID. It should now work correctly with or without the HydroID field in the input Line.
