Adding OneDrive data to ArcGIS Online

Question

There was a blog post from earlier this year that described how to Add Microsoft OneDrive files to your ArcGIS Online maps and content (I think was introduced in the June 2021 AGOL update):

But when I go to add a "New item" in AGOL, I don't see that option:

Am I doing something wrong, or does my AGOL admin need to enable this?

Hey David,

You will need to speak to your AGOL admin on this to provide you with permissions to create data.

Having a role as a User, Publisher, Facilitator or Administrator should resolve this.
