Register agent without GUI access

Question

Hi! We currently running a few ubuntu based arcgis instances in AWS cloud. These instances do not have GUI and that means that cannot access agent register page from same instance. We also tried to access it using instance private ip but no success. So, is there are any other way to register it, probably using agent API or something like that? Thank you in advance!

Does the security group allow 30443? Does the machine have UFW enabled? Accessing ArcGIS Monitor can be accessed over the machine private IP, but it appears the port is being blocked as it's non-standard.
