Hello,
I noticed the "USA Soils Map Units" in the AGOL Living Atlas is not available on the Enterprise Living Atlas. Will this ever change?
That particular Living Atlas layer is apart of the "Subscriber" level of content, which is not available in Enterprise by default. Subscriber content can be enabled in Enterprise by going to Organization -> Settings -> ArcGIS Online -> Configure Living Atlas Content. You'll need to supply a username / password (not SAML / SSO) to connect to ArcGIS Online.
