Survey123 Transfer individual survey record. Enterprise 10.9.1

Question

We recently had an employee find work somewhere else. Our new employee needs to be able to edit the old survey responses because some of the work is ongoing. This survey has a multiple people entering data. Is there a way to transfer individual ownership of a record to another person? I need everyone to be able to edit everyone else submissions.

We also are not able to get photos to show up in repeats when editing a different person record. 
we are using enterprise 10.9.1.

Ahh. That's a different scenario.

People in the Administrator role can see everything, but anything less than that (e.g., Publishers and Data Editors) can only see their own items. You can transfer a survey to someone else, but then only that person could edit it on the surveys website (unless the other editor was an admin):

Do you need them to edit the survey there, or could you set up a special survey specifically for editing details?

@abureaux I have inbox set up. Our other employees can edit there but they also want to edit in the survey123 website online

The only real way to do this is via the Inbox feature, which requires all users have accounts.

If you don't have that, you could set up a series of pulldata(@layer) questions with Edit/Updating enabled. But then if you don't have accounts, that could be a security liability.
