Converting Polygon Features to Points (ArcGIS 10.2) - "polygon to point tool" N/A

Hello,

I am in the process of trying to convert polygons to points on a map of Georgia. I am familiar with the "Polygon to Point" tool, however, the version of ArcGIS I am using is not licensed with that tool. Are there any other methods available that allows one to convert polygons to points? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

The ET Geo Wizard lets you use polygons to points in the free version.
