Series labels - enchanced text color configuration

Currenty there are no option and no workaround of setting series label text color separately from the whole diagram text color. In some cases, this limits the usability of series labels, because they are invisible. For example, we would like to use certain matching darker colors in all of our series and lighter color backgrounds, this requires dark text color to pop out in a lighter background, but then we encounter an issue of series labels being invisible against dark colors of a series itself (see attached picture "dashboards_chart").

Suggestions for new functionality:

1. Add the ability to change series label color separately from the whole diagram text color
2. Add the functionality for series label color to be automatically set (light or dark) according to the colour of the series on which the label is displayed (see attached picture "dashboards_chart1").
