Pulldata function not working in web form

I am trying to use select one from file to populate a choice list in Survey123 Connect (just updated to 3.17.55). It works fine in the app, but no options appear in the web form.

I need this form to be workable in the web form for the end users, so I'm just wondering if this functionality is just not available for web form at the moment, or if I've screwed something up somewhere along the way.

Hello @MT_JenAmes, 

The name and label columns in your CSV should be lowercase. Please see the External choice lists documentation for more information. The Survey123 webapp and typically the Survey123 Field App on iOS are more strict about capitalization.
