Missing Font - How do I add Times New Roman in the new map viewer?

Thank you for the information.  I have created an Idea to add Times New Roman to the new map viewer.

Currently we don't have this font available for 4.x usage. We can look into adding it to how we host these font files for 4.x API apps. Some other fonts you could checkout are Merriweather or Noto Serif.
