Want to override the tooltip information displayed using Editor widget

Question

Default tooltip option shows area information in ft2 and mi2 during sketch operation. Want to override this default behavior. Found tooltipOptions: SketchTooltipOptions in Editor configuration. Was wondering if there was sample code for overriding this in order to achieve what I am looking to do. Would like to display the area information in acres instead of ft2/mi2.

Solved by overriding editor.tooltipOptions by setting it to editor.tooltipOptions.enabled false and providing my own behavior to editor.tooltipOptions.addHandles(customUpdateHandle)...
