I am trying to add layer - U.S. Electric Power Transmission Lines in My Map. Its causing issue, today. Tried to add this layer muyiple times but still the issue arise.

I tried the same layer and received the same error. I suspect this might be a temporary issue.

The layer is now backup and running.
