Text field gets overwritten when trying to edit a submitted survey online.

Question

I am trying to make edits (I am an admin) to submitted survey using https://survey123.arcgis.com/ website. But one particular survey every time I select edit, a text field gets overwritten with the below message.

But when I go to enter in the email address, I get the below message.

This behavior does not happen to other surveys.

I have attached the xslx file for the survey.

Hey there,

Taking a quick look at the XLSX file, it seems that the calculation value for the Inspector Name question uses an outdated function - property().

Try updating the calculation function to pulldata() as opposed to property() and see if that fixes things!
