Can't edit response to questions in survey form after publishing

Hello,

I am recently encountering an issue with surveys created using the web page. Once I have created and published the survey, I can't edit the responses to single or multiple choice questions anymore.

When trying to edit the response, An error message comes up saying that it cannot be modified because the survey has been published (see below)

I use to be able to modify the response in the past. Has anyone encountered this issue and could help me in resolving it?

Have you re-published the survey from Survey123 Connect? You will not be able to use the web designer to update the survey in this case.

It should be OK otherwise

Or maybe it's because you are trying to UPDATE the choice? You can only ADD or DELETE. So remove that choice and add another one?
