Add Fullscreen Widget to instant apps

Not the OP, but it would be helpful for us to have it added to the Basic Instant App. I'm working on a map that we want in a smaller window on our website, but it would be great if viewers could make it full screen to better explore the map.

@JTFP_GEO is there a specific Instant App you'd like to see this capability added to? 3D Viewer, Attachment Viewer, Media Map and Slider have the full screen widget now.
