Collect geopoint without address

I'd like to be able to collect a geopoint via a device location whether an address is included or not. I've constructed my form via the web but understand I'll need to edit the Excel file to create this data. I'm using the syntax of pulldata("@geopoint") without any luck. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to include "on submit" anywhere? How does the form know to collect the data when a form is submitted?

It sounds like when you designed your form in the web designer you used the address question and for the "Data to submit" setting it was set to "Address text and point geometry". What you can do is switch that setting to "Address text only" then add a map question and that will allow capturing the geopoint. If the address question is set to required you can remove that and then you will be able to capture a geopoint without an address.
