How do I import CSV file into the online scene?

Hi I have been trying to put the attached CSV building height information file from digimap into arcgis online (scene and map) and it is not working. It says the file does not have a coordinate system but it works fine when the file is imported into arcgis pro in cad form. This file location is based on uk.

ArcGIS Online will not be able to directly import a csv file that is formatted for CAD.

If you are able to load the data in ArcGIS Pro is a workflow not then to share the web scene from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Online?

Your CSV file doesn't seem to include any location data (e.g. longitude-latitude) which is needed when using data stored in CSV format in ArcGIS Online (see additional information here).

As you mention that you can import the data into ArcGIS Pro, you could consider preparing the layer(s) there before publishing a scene or map to Online.
