Creating new styles

Hello, I am trying to create new custom symbology to publish to our AGOL organisation. I have been following the following Esri blog post but am afraid I get stuck at the first hurdle. When I create a new style I am then unable to select New.

Any ideas on how I can overcome this?

manage the style since it appears Test was already created (since it is highlighted)
