URL Parameter that Clicks Link on Linked Page

I have a URL parameter that opens a property record card based on the parcel id. The only problem is it brings you to a landing search page where you need to technically click the parcel number hyperlink to open the property card. Is there a way to add code to my URL parameter that automatically click this link on the page?
