Can no longer publish feature layers to ArcGIS Online - empty data schemas

Question

I am an administrator for an ArcGIS Online site. As of yesterday, I can no longer publish feature layers from either ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Pro to the ArcGIS online site that contain data. The feature layers publish without either, however when I look at the feature layer on ArcGIS Online, there is no data, just the schema. I have tried multiple different datasets, all with the same result. Any ideas?

We had a ArcGIS Online issues for a few hours across multiple sites. It is back to normal now.

Hey @M_Noonan

In order to narrow down the issue may I know:

* What happens when you publish a feature service without any related records, just publish a single feature class to ArcGIS Online.
* What happens if you try to publish the feature service by uploading zipped File GDB in ArcGIS Online.
