ArcGIS Pro 2.6.8; Oracle 18c 10.7.1 EGDB:
In the attribute table:
The value in the first row for TEST_FIELD equals '<Null>'. The value in the second row is a true null.

We can't tell from looking at the attribute table that the two values are different. The only way determine if a value is one or the other is to query it using Select By Attributes, etc.
Idea: It would be very helpful if we could visually discern the difference between null and '<Null>' right in the attribute table.
