Hello,
Where do I download the latest version of ArcGIS Urban Connector? The version I have is from 2020, and it isn't able to access the Event Types in 'Get Scenario'. Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you for inquiring about this. Attached is the most recent link to the ArcGIS UrbanConnector download page. This was last updated this past August 2022, with an upgrade to the latest Urban API.
