I am maintaining a park polygon feature class. I have added the feature class to ArcMap and then change the color of the polygon. But how to set the polygons to a mixture of symbols e.g. flowers and green and they placed in slant lines?

Thanks for your help. But the above patterns cannot fulfill my need. I want to create my own pattern similar to above ones, but ArcMap change only the simple properties e.g. color, transparency of polygon symbology. Are there any ways to create above patterns?
The symbols you're describing sounds like symbols which are part of the default ArcMap symbology and can be accessed from the symbol selector:
