I cannot download ArcGIS SDK

i click download button and only see this

i also try dowload others ArcGIS Maps SDK but same.

then i press F12 i see this

Unfortunately I'm experiencing the same issue right now, with similar errors in Firefox console.

I've tried turning off uBlock, also switching from Firefox to MS Edge, but same thing happens for any download I've tried.

Looks like ESRI may be having some maintenance right now.
