FieldMaps Cannot Find any Certificate

Hello,

We have one Mobile Worker who cannot sign into Field Maps App due to Certificate issue. I am thinking of Exporting the certificate from the portal website and install it on the Android device/

Any ideas on how address this? Thank you.
