Error 1317: an error occurred while attempting to create the G:\Msi. when trying to download ArcPro 3.03

Question

Hi, I've tried to download the update both from the download button in the software and from ESRI's website and I keep getting this error.  How do I fix it? Thanks in advance

download it to a local folder and not in the root or a usb drive ... eg try c:	emp or make one like c:\arc_update and download it there
