Related Items in Layout

Question

I am wondering if someone could show how to display all related items to a feature in a lay out.

For example, the feature is a camp and has many start and end dates to display in the layout legend as the layout progresses from one camp to the next...

Some hints\help would be appreciated

I was just using camp as an example. I am actually speaking of historic post and forts and their varying occupation periods.

I was curious are you referring to what type of camp are you referring to? Homeless camps?

If it is homeless camps, I am curious how you are doing this? I have create homeless camp app and dashboard, but nothing that tracks start and end dates.
