Wondering if this new Illustrator update is good to download and compatible with the plug-in, or will 3.3 only work with 27.0?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the newest Illustrator version and the plugin, and I still get the blank screen when I try to log in through my company's Arcgis Online account. Any tips?

Could you try deleting the m4cc configuration folder from your user profile and restart Illustrator? The folder is located at
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\m4cc (Windows)MacOS/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/m4cc (macOS)

I am also having this issue since the update, I deleted the m4cc configuration folder, but still have not had any luck. I'm able to sign in, but the maps continue to be blank.
