How to get altitude when I know LatLon

I'm sorry my English is not very good  and I'm new in GIS

I setted Elevation when running, I want create a OBJ in earth ,I know LatLon, and how can I get right altitude in that LatLon

There is also have a problem, when my camera is far from earh, ArcGIS don't load elevation, so raycast don't always useful

One way is to use raycast. You can see the routing or the measure sample for example.
