Microsoft Windows .NET Desktop Runtime (x64) is a prerequisite in ArcGIS Pro installation:
Error: ArcGIS Pro requires Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime (x64). To download and install Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime - 6.0.5 (x64) or greater, visit the Microsoft Website or contact your system administrator (esri.com)

Please integrate Microsoft Windows .NET Desktop Runtime (x64) in ArcGIS Pro executable (.exe): the executable check if there is a valid version of .NET already installed otherwise install the right version included in the package and than go ahead with the installation of ArcGIS Pro.
